Melike Yasar is the International Representative of REPAK – the Kurdish Women’s Foreign Relations Office. She pursued her education in Germany and has been actively engaged for many years in political, institutional, and diplomatic work within Kurdish women’s movements and diaspora-based organizations across Europe and beyond.

Between 2006 and 2010, she served as an administrator at CENI (the Kurdish Women’s Peace Office) in Germany, where she was involved in coordination, advocacy, and peace-related initiatives. From 2015 to 2019, she represented both the Kurdistan National Congress (KNK) and Kurdish women’s institutions, including REPAK, in Latin America, contributing to political dialogue, international outreach, and solidarity-building across the region.
